From coaching sports teams and serving as trustees to speaking at educational events, our colleagues support a wide range of volunteering activities. We also sponsor local and industry-related initiatives and raise money for charity through everything from bake sales to bungee jumping.
Volunteering and charity partnerships
Every year, our colleagues support local causes through fundraising and volunteering, whether that means setting up Scout and Guide camps, refereeing local sports, taking on challenging charity events or mentoring others. As a firm, we are proud to support the Henry Sale Foundation, a charity established in memory of our late Joint Managing Partner, Henry Sale, which honours his legacy by promoting education and social inclusion through sport and the countryside.
With a national network of offices and a growing team, we recognise our responsibility to reduce our environmental impact, support local initiatives and strengthen our bonds with the communities we serve. Every employee is given volunteering days to support causes that matter to them and to make a positive contribution beyond their day-to-day role.
We also create opportunities for colleagues to connect, collaborate and learn from one another through regular social events, team away days, CPD sessions and wider firm activities. We actively encourage those in the early stages of their careers to get involved in networking events, helping them build confidence, broaden their connections and contribute to the next generation of thinking across our industry.
