Background and industry experience

Shelley is based in the Worcester and Banbury offices and covers the whole of Worcestershire and the neighbouring counties. She has previously worked for two leading country house estate agencies, Savills and Knight Frank, specialising in the sale of prime country and townhouses in Worcestershire, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds but also offers extensive experience within the development land business.

After obtaining a degree in Real Estate at the University of West of England in Bristol, Shelley gained election to professional member status of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 2002.

Shelley comes from a farming family in Worcestershire and went to school in the county but now lives in Warwickshire and has a love of sports; playing tennis regularly at her tennis club, jogging and paddle boarding.
