Background and industry experience

Amelia works within the Valuation and Professional Practice team in our Worcester office with a particular focus on Compulsory Purchase and Compensation. Amelia has experience working on behalf of both claimants and acquiring authorities covering the Midlands and South West areas. So far, Amelia's work has included acting against a major railway scheme and on behalf of promoters creating highways and flood alleviation schemes.

Having graduated from Harper Adams University in 2023 with a BSc (Hons) Rural Enterprise and Land Management degree, and coming from an agricultural background, Amelia has a deep understanding of agricultural matters and how these can feed into the advice she gives to both claimants, and acquiring authorities within her day to day work.

Outside of the office Amelia enjoys riding her horse and road bike, catching up with friends, and helping out on her partner's family farm in south Herefordshire.
