Goverment GCA Supplier

Public sector organisations delivering regeneration, infrastructure, housing, transport and development projects are facing increasing pressure to move quickly, demonstrate value for money and manage risk while navigating complex land, property and procurement requirements.

We are helping clients meet these challenges by bringing together planning, valuation and compulsory purchase order (CPO) specialists from across the business, providing public sector bodies with coordinated advice from the earliest stages of a project through to delivery.

Many public sector projects require more than one technical specialism. A regeneration scheme may need planning strategy, land assembly, valuation advice, compensation assessments, stakeholder negotiations and, where necessary, CPO support. By drawing on expertise from across the business, we can help organisations identify constraints early, shape deliverable strategies and make informed decisions before costs, timescales or risks escalate.

This joined-up approach gives public sector clients access to practical, commercially focused advice that supports robust business cases, clearer procurement routes and smoother project delivery.

A simpler route to specialist advice

We are an appointed supplier on the Government Commercial Agency (GCA), formerly known as the Crown Commercial Service (CCS), RM6343 Estate Management Services 2 framework, Lot 5: Valuation and Compulsory Purchase Orders.

As part of the framework’s Award Without Competition (AWOC) process, we have been allocated the October 2026 Taxi Rank position for Lot 5. This gives eligible public sector organisations a straightforward, compliant and time-efficient route to appoint our specialists directly for valuation, compensation and CPO services.

Supporting confident delivery

By combining technical knowledge with practical project experience, we can add value at every stage of a public sector project, from early feasibility and planning strategy through to valuation, land acquisition, compensation and delivery. The result is joined-up advice that helps public sector organisations reduce risk, save time and progress projects with greater certainty.

Public sector organisations with upcoming requirements are encouraged to speak to Partner, Phil Winckles, who heads up our public sector team to discuss their project, procurement options and how our planning, valuation and CPO experts can help unlock progress and deliver long-term value.
