Background and industry experience

Gabriel specialises in the Acquisition & Disposal of property and land across the office and industrial sectors, paying particular attention to the Liverpool City Region and wider Northwest.

A key member of our National Business Space team in Liverpool, Gabriel acts for clients including The Peel Group and Travis Perkins plc and is currently developing his own client base.

A recent transaction with Gabriel's involvement includes the sale of a 40,000 sq ft industrial unit, situated within a 4.5-acre site, with development potential. This project was particularly successful due to the turbulent economic outlook at the time of the disposal.

Gabriel enjoys playing and watching rugby union and is at his happiest when Wales are winning, so hasn't been very happy of late! He also enjoys travelling - his most recent 'long haul' trip was two and a half months in Southeast Asia.
