Background and industry experienceKay heads up the General Practice Planning Team in Ashby. Her work involves advice on all planning matters encompassing site appraisals, planning applications, appeals, project management and enforcement matters. Kay provides both an in-house planning service to the land surveyors, as well as having a variety of external clients. She has particular expertise in agricultural, commercial, residential and rural planning matters.
Kay joined Fisher German in 2004, having previously worked in both the public and private sectors, and was elected a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in 1998.
Outside work, Kay enjoys swimming, skiing, walking her excitable English Pointer and cheering her two sons on at rugby!

What has been your favourite project and why?
So many! I think working with people to deliver projects that mean a lot to them. Planning can unlock business expansion, farm diversification, a dream home or bring development with a life changing land sale.
