Birmingham event 2
Colleagues and experts from across the business attended an event at our new Colmore Row office in the heart of Birmingham city centre to celebrate the official office opening with guests from Midlands property, business, and local government who joined us to hear about our exciting new plans for growth and our ambitions to boost our influence within major cities in England.

Attendees enjoyed a delicious selection of food and drink and took advantage of the chance to network before a speech from our Divisional Managing Partner Stuart Flint. Stuart highlighted the firm’s aim to grow its market share not only within Birmingham, but around its city centre offices in London, Manchester, and Liverpool acquired after the merger with the former Matthews & Goodman in 2022.

He said: “Fisher German is going from strength to strength due to the new Birmingham office and the three offices in London, Manchester and Liverpool, which complement our existing network of town-based offices across the country. Birmingham is a key city where we have identified a lot of untapped potential, and our central Birmingham office has put us in the perfect location to grow our influence there. When we moved to Colmore Row in the heart of Birmingham, 70 staff moved from our Harborne office and we are continuing to look for talented individuals to join the team as we  continue to grow.”

“Whilst we have been active around Birmingham for around 30 years from our offices in several surrounding counties, central Birmingham’s highly accessible location made it a desirable place to expand our West Midlands operations.”

Our Managing Partner, Andrew Bridge, added: “Our ambition of becoming a truly multi-disciplinary, farm-to-city firm is being realised, with our clients benefitting from the incredibly broad range of expertise we have within our company.

“And we are not stopping there – we are reviewing our office spaces and looking at new opportunities to boost our presence in city centre locations even further, our London office will be relocating to a significantly larger office space in the Autumn.

“It’s great to celebrate the success we’ve achieved in Birmingham alongside some of our key clients and suppliers, and we’re excited to mark even more successes in the future as we look to take Fisher German to new heights.”

Our Birmingham city centre office has been in operation since November 2023, and in that time we have seen great success, having won major contracts with Midlands-based companies as a direct result of having a presence in the city centre.

Key services such as commercial agency, commercial property management, investment, valuation, business rates, town planning, sustainable energy, telecoms and building consultancy services are all represented as part of a multi-discipline office.
