
Sixteen experts from across the business will be attending the UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) at the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds. his premier event, known as the must-attend conference for investors, developers, local authorities, housebuilders, and stakeholders, will take place from May 20 to 22.
Supported by numerous regional combined authorities, local councils, government departments, and top developers and investors from the UK and beyond, UKREiiF is the ultimate hub for key players, influencers, and decision-makers in the investment and real estate markets. The forum highlights investment and development opportunities while fostering new relationships to drive economic growth through development and regeneration.

In its inaugural year in 2022, UKREiiF attracted just over 4,000 delegates. By 2024, attendance had surged to 13,000, with key players, influencers, and decision-makers gathering in Leeds to network and sign deals. This year, over 16,000 attendees are expected, with more than 1,250 speakers across 60 stages, and two halls housing 150 exhibitors showcasing innovative local authorities and sector-specific businesses.
