Background and industry experienceSince joining the firm as a graduate from Harper Adams in 2008, Holly has progressed through the firm to become a Partner in 2016. The same year, Holly relocated to her home county of Yorkshire, where she splits her role 50:50 between client facing and supporting the Rural Consultancy Sector, taking the lead professional role.
Holly’s client work entails varied general practice and estate management, specifically providing strategic advice to rural businesses, valuations as a RICS registered Valuer, development site management and business financing. Holly has carried out many large portfolio valuations and is an agent for the AMC.
In the Rural Consultancy role, Holly facilitates the delivery of new and improved central systems to ensure best practice and improved efficiencies, as well as coordinating business development and marketing initiatives.
Outside of work, Holly can be found competing with her horse at county shows across the country, enjoying the Yorkshire countryside with her jack russell or indulging her creative side either drawing, sewing or making millinery pieces.

As a graduate, I wanted first class APC support and experience, followed by a clear career path.
What has been your favourite project and why?
Taking on the Allendale Estate in Northumberland with a relative blank canvas to develop and grow, which is not only challenging but extremely rewarding.
Most admired, non-property brand?
Jack russell training and equestrian pursuits.
Best holiday destination?
Caribbean, particularly Havana, Cuba.
