Background and industry experience

Edward joined Fisher German in January 2022 as a Graduate Surveyor at the Banbury office, where he is part of the Telecoms team. He graduated from Harper Adams University with a degree in Rural Property Management and is now looking to pass his APC and CAAV exams.

He will work alongside colleagues to provide advice to clients in the following areas:

- Negotiating terms for telecoms site leases
- Valuation and Compensation under the ECC
- Relocation and removal of Telecoms Equipment
- Rent Reviews
- Landlord and Tenant matters

Having grown up on an arable family farm near Bicester, Edward is a keen outdoorsman, enjoying his shooting and motocross. He is also a keen sportsman mostly playing rugby and tennis.
