Background and industry experienceCharlotte works in the Agri-Business team within Fisher German. She is involved predominantly with farm business management, and her work includes budgeting and business performance reporting, setting up contract farm agreements and farm business administration and analysis. Charlotte also advises on all aspects of subsidy schemes including environmental stewardship and rural grant funding.
Charlotte grew up on a mixed farm in Kent. She obtained a degree in agriculture from Reading University and a masters in rural estate management at the Royal Agricultural University, before joining the Agri-Business team at Fisher German in 2011. She subsequently qualified as a member of RICS and CAAV.
Charlotte sits on the advisory committee for Northamptonshire YFC and is a volunteer for a local farming charity. In her spare time, she enjoys returning to Kent to help on the family farm, walking her labrador and participating in rural pursuits.

Why did you join Fisher German?
A combination of the ambition and professionalism of the firm, and the welcoming attitudes of the people I met when I visited for interview and to look round the office.
Sailing – but unfortunately somewhat limited in the landlocked midlands!
Best holiday destination?
A trip to India a few years ago has certainly been the most memorable
Who would you like to be stranded in a lift with?
I always take the stairs!
