Background and industry experience

Trish leads our Talent Acquisition function from our Head Office in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. She is part of the wider HR team and is responsible for delivering our talent strategy, working with the wider team to ensure Fisher German attracts the right talent and that we strive to make our candidate experience one of the best in the industry.

Originally from Northern Ireland and having studied at university in England, Trish graduated within Business Management and now has over 7 years' experience working with companies and teams to deliver effective recruitment campaigns. She specialises in executive headhunting and project implementation, and is particularly passionate about using data within talent and driving diversity & inclusion initiatives forward.

Living in a small village just outside Banbury, she enjoys countryside living including long walks and the occasional trip or two to the local village pub. Trish is a huge fan of rugby (supporting Ireland and Ulster) and regularly follows the F1.
