Background and industry experience

Molly is an Associate Partner based out of the Worcester office. She joined Fisher German in 2016 as a Graduate Surveyor. Since joining she has become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of The Central Association for Agricultural Valuers. Molly works within the Infrastructure Division within the business and has over 9 years of experience in the water and electricity markets.

She has worked on a wide variety of schemes for several major infrastructure clients, providing advice in relation to aspects such as land acquisition, compensation exposure, and route selection. Molly is currently working on a large Strategic Resource Option project which aims to transport water from the Midlands to the South East, so this is likely to keep her busy for some time!

Molly is also an assessor for the RICS and enjoys helping graduates work towards their professional exams.

Molly lives in Gloucestershire with her husband, 1 year old son and 2 dogs and enjoys all aspects of country life. She is a big foodie and enjoys eating out with friends, and also takes an active interest in the family farm when time allows!

What has been your favourite project and why?
The current project I am working on - The Grand Union Canal Transfer project.

Top pastime?
Going on long walks in the countryside and stopping at a good pub for lunch!

Best holiday destination?
South Africa - we travelled along the Garden Route in 2023, and the scenery and food was just fantastic! I definitely want to go back at some point.
