Background and industry experience
Mike is a Partner and heads the Commercial Transactional Team across the country, being based out of Birmingham office. Mike’s specialism is industrial agency in the Midlands region, where he has acted for occupiers, landlords and developers for in excess of 30 years.Mike heads the team that deals with all of the commercial transactional activity across the country, including industrial & logistics, office and business space, investments/capital markets and lease advisory. This transactional activity is delivered through our hub offices in major commercial centres across the UK. Mike’s primary client base includes multi-let industrial landlords and big shed developers, including M7 Real Estate, Logicor, London Metric Mucklow, Clowes Developments, Prologis, whilst also acting for occupational clients including Tarmac, Southern Water and Espack Eurologistika.
Mike has been employed in the Midlands since graduating in 1991 by national practices, Lambert Smith Hampton, King Sturge (now JLL), GVA Grimley (now Avison Young), Knight Frank and Johnson Fellows. He is recognised as a specialist in the multi let industrial, urban logistics and distribution markets.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys his weekly badminton followed by a pint of Bathams, leisurely lunches, making a mess in the kitchen (also known as cooking), whilst trying to enjoy watching Wolverhampton Wanderers.

What has been your favourite project and why?
Pre-letting a 267,000sqft warehouse to TK Maxx in Walsall, bringing a thousand jobs to my home town.

Aston Martin - represents quality and Britain in equal measure.
