Background and industry experience

Emanuel provides rural and commercial asset management advice to private and corporate portfolios across the UK. Clients include a multinational PLC advising on asset management strategy, revenue growth and asset protection, together with a number of private landowners across the midlands.

Recent key projects delivered include leisure projects (for filming and media lease agreements) and lease-regears to facilitate clients' operational needs and objectives.
Career highlights include being awarded the MCAVA Gavel and the Thomas Willoughby Garton Trophy in the Fellowship exams of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) and being highly commended in the RICS Young Surveyor of the Year Competition 2015. Emanuel now supports the training of graduates within Fisher German, being an internal assessment of professional competence (APC) supervisor, counsellor and mock exam assessor.

Why did you join Fisher German?
The opportunity to support a diverse client base on a wide range of property matters, from large PLC to individual land owners.

What has been your favourite project and why?
Advising a portfolio owner on a range of assets, leading to the negotiation of land subject to a secure tenancy to develop a natural burial ground business. This included lease advice, planning and development consultancy, enabling a natural burial ground business to develop.

Top pastime?
Time with my young family and when I get the chance, playing squash and tennis.

Best holiday destination?
Ecuador, Quito city.
