Background and industry experience

Claire is a Senior Associate Property Manager working with the Commercial Property Management team in the Northeast, predominantly based from her office in Newcastle.

Her role involves the management of industrial estates, multi-let and serviced offices, single let properties and mixed portfolios for a range of clients that include private investors, trusts, and property companies. With no such thing as a single project, a day-to-day basis can include all aspects of property; site visits, landlord & tenant issues, service charges & budgets, contractors, utilities, surveying- you name it! The recent merger with Vine has provided great opportunities to expand Claire's management portfolio and expertise.
Claire has recently taken up the role of an APC assessor, helping candidates within their final exam preparation and can always be called upon as an APC Doctor.

Claire lives in Newcastle with her husband and spaniel, Marley. In her spare time, Claire enjoys spending time with friends and family and come March-October, there's nothing better than competing at British Eventing with her horse, Earl.
