Background and industry experienceTom works as a AgriBusiness Consultant, acting for a variety of private and corporate clients throughout the UK, but predominantly in the Midlands. His work is split between directly managing a core group of farming businesses and consultancy work focussed around business structure and implementing sustainable and conservation agriculture methods of farming. Tom takes a Holistic approach to farming, with emphasis on sustainability, whilst preserving commerciality in an increasingly volatile agricultural sector. He recognises that farming businesses often form part of a larger portfolio, and he is used to working with different stakeholder objectives.
Tom joined Fisher German in 2007, having graduated with a Masters from the University of Reading. He is also a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the British Institute of Agricultural Consultants.
