Solution

• Negotiating terms for three separate Option Agreements with a national housebuilder over a 20 year period to enable them to argue successfully for a release from the Green Belt despite significant sutained local objection
• Planning monitoring throughout the term of the Agreements to ensure compliance by the housebuilder with their contractual obligations
• Planning permission achieved for 2000 units in 2014
• Provided advice on valuation following receipt of planning permission
