- FG were approached by Electric Land to support them with potential bid on a series of wind and solar assets at locations in England, Wales and Scotland
- Available lots included the heritable interest in an operational 5 turbine wind farm in Scotland, the freehold interest in an operational 13 turbine wind farm lease in Wales and the landlord’s interest in a 4.6MW solar park in southwest England
- With support from FG, Electric Land were successful in securing two new wind farms to add to their burgeoning portfolio of green energy assets

- FG liaised with the selling agent and collated all appropriate data about the wind and solar assets before undertaking a thorough due diligence exercise across all target acquisitions
- Future revenues were modelled under various pricing scenarios and to reflect investment risks
- Sensitivity analysis was completed to demonstrate how asset values could change with time and varying market conditions
- A comprehensive financial model was shared and discussed with Electric Land to be used for preparation of their final bids
