- Our team implemented a marketing campaign which has resulted in ten transactions over the last two years, totalling over 40,000 sq ft
- As part of this process, we advised on the specification of the refurbishment, with some floors delivered in Cat A and others in 'plug and play' Cat B condition
- A succession of lettings with secured, outperforming the completion both on commercial terms and leasing void
