Background and industry experience

Ben has over 20 year's experience within the Central London office leasing market, advising landlords and developers on the marketing, pre-leasing and leasing of landmark office developments. His clients include Landsec, British Land and GPE, and he has advised on developments including the Shard, Nova Victoria, and Paddington Square.

Prior to joining Fisher German, Ben worked in a client-side role as Director of Office Leasing at Canary Wharf Group. This valuable experience allows him to advise landlords with genuine, first hand insight.
