We recently sold a Barn Conversion property in Rossett, at the third time of trying after the first two buyers pulled out for reasons relating to the sale of their properties. Throughout this process the Team at Fischer German in Chester have been fantastic; very professional, helpful and supportive. The whole team, Michael, Corinne, Toby and especially Susan have been amazing. Michael and Susan helped us all the way and their experience and advice has been invaluable. We have used various agents over many years, but this team of people are by far the best we have ever experienced. My fiancé and I have just completed on a house in Bramhall. This is an old house that needed multiple surveys and reports from various different surveyors and engineers. This, along with various other difficulties meant the sale as taken over seven months to complete. FisherGerman have been excellent. Demi has been the perfect estate agent to guide us through this very confusing and stressful process. She was able to guide us through each step and often ended up explaining the meaning of lots of the reports we'd be sent! She liaised with both sets of solicitors, the sellers, neighbours, and accommodated all the surveyors frequently, with a smile and always demonstrated flexibility. She even met us on her days off if we wanted to see the house or show it to family members. In the end she felt so invested she gave us the keys on her day off! We cannot recommend FisherGerman, and Demi enough. Thank you so much. Rooz and Jenny.
