Absolutely knock-out! By chance we chose Fisher German in response to a flier through the door. It turned out to be the best decision we had made in the whole house selling episode. Daniel Heyhurst and Demi Wilner were (are!) wonderful. Communication was tip top and that's everything. From the start they kept closely in touch and guided us through each stage. When they said something would happen, it did and quickly - their responsivity was excellent. They negotiated all kinds of sensitive and difficult issues with the house sale resulting in an excellent outcome for us. They managed all viewings for us entirely and this was done with great professionalism and reliability. We encountered several anxious moments and throughout each one their counsel was informative, accurate and reassuring. Mainly they were "sensible" and realistic about pricing , presentation and marketing etc. These guys are totally professional in their delivery but not stuffy or sycophantic. To say they went the extra mile is an understatement - they went to the moon and back for us. In my adult life time I have had to move and sell/buy a new home many times. I have never encountered an estate agent like Fisher German - intelligent, savvy, friendly and extremely committed and hard working. Ours was not a straightforward chain and they took so much stress from us and undertook much cross party communication when nailing exchange/completion dates, and all that goes with that, came around. Demi even found us a (wonderful!) place to rent for just the final week when we needed to stagger completion dates across different members of the chain. If you read this review and feel it is beyond belief - no it isn't. Nowadays one rarely finds the kind of service and support that we received from Daniel and Demi at Fisher German. We have just successfully completed the sale of our house through Fisher German. We chose them due to our positive experience with Toby Harris who was sellers agent when we bought the house 10 years ago. Toby and the team work hard communicating with ourselves and prospective buyers throughout the process and provided sound advice when the market was in turmoil due to Liz Trusses disastrous mini budget. They can be trusted to provide realistic valuations and advice throughout, produce excellent marketing materials, and can access a large database of prospective buyers locally as well as further afield, particularly London buyers looking for a country move

Some are of the view that Estate Agents generally offer a similar service now that much is done online. The Fisher German Team demonstrate that this is not the case. We have bought from them and sold two properties with them in recent years. Michael, Susan, Toby and Corrine are a great team. They produce some great marketing material and provide a fantastic service. In particular moving from the process of agreed sale to exchange and completion requires great skill in gently nudging a number of parties to make things happen. They do this outstandingly well.

I’ve recently moved into a property through Fisher German and could not fault them at all. From the moment I viewed the property the lady who showed me was so friendly, attentive and welcoming. I’d recently gone through a breakup and when I got the call to say I’d been accepted I was over the moon. Rachel who dealt with my application was incredible! We hit a couple of barriers but she was so supportive and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother and personable approach! She made this happen for me and I couldn’t be more thankful. Anyone thinking using Fisher German as tenant or a landlord I can promise you’ll get a 10/10 service.

We would like to say how impressed we were with Fisher German's very professional and thorough approach in the handling of the marketing and sale of both our houses. Unfortunately, 1 was not sold despite 2 accepted offers, which were later withdrawn due to complications with planning, but we feel that Fisher German could not have been more helpful and supportive, and of course 1 property was successfully concluded. Fisher German were fantastic all the way through the procedure. Jo McElevey came to do the valuation and gave me some really helpful tips to help sell my home. They were ultimate professionals all the way through from showing would be buyers around the house to dealing with the paperwork after the sale. Jo was spot on with the pricing and kept me informed throughout. I would defintely recommend them and if I were to ever move again, they would be the agents I would use.

Fisher German were our first choice from all the other estate agents who viewed our home, because they were more knowledgeable about our house and how much they believed they could sell it for. Emily was great and had our house sold within a week of going to market and for more than the asking price. William then took over dealing with the transaction to get us to 'exchange of contracts' and handled what could have been a tricky situation, in what became a bit of a turbulent market for a while, extremely well.
