To make all the decisions associated with moving house one naturally wishes to collect all the info possible. Early in the search it's not directly in the interest of any agent to take the time out of their busy schedule to go through various properties in various areas discussing the trends/schools/geography etc... I approached Halls seeking some insight into the local market, the areas to look at and those to 'ignore' - at least in the context of my own circumstances/preferences. Despite the lack of immediate incentive they were beyond helpful! Having had several experiences quite different to this one (one of which was just across the road) I wanted to share, and thank those at Halls for adding some much needed objective positivity into our initial steps in the search. While I can't promise that the house that chooses us will have a Halls board outside - I will be happy to find it does!

The team at Fisher German were unfailingly friendly, helpful and encouraging. The brochure they produced showed the property at its best, and Michael, Susan, Toby and Corinne did a wonderful job of facilitating viewings, and supporting us as vendors through a prolonged process.
My one complaint is that the lights were occasionally left on after a viewing!

The team at Fisher German have remained professional and helpful throughout the process of selling our period home in Chester. Susan Wallace has been particularly calm, efficient, and communicative throughout the whole process ensuring that everything was kept on track despite the complications of selling a listed building. We would recommend them for selling property in Chester.
