The team at Fisher German helped me sell our home with both professional and friendly support. Michael helped with some out of the box thinking and Susan worked really hard providing regular viewing feedback and great support through the sale process after sale was agreed. I was particularly impressed with the level of viewings we received and we received four offers in one week.

We have recently purchased a property being sold by the Chester office. Whilst the negotiator was acting for the vendor, we found her to be professional and efficient In conveying our interests to the vendor throughout the process. I would certainly consider their services if I ever went to market.

Throughout the whole process Susan Wallace and the office team kept me fully up to date. Susan managed many difficult issues involving the whole buying chain continuously making progress. I would have no hesitation recommending this company.

Fisher German has made the process of selling our property seem like a breeze and we had a sale within weeks!
The reason for us feeling this way is due to having the house on the market with two different estate agents we were recommended to try Fisher German. We did not realise there could be such a difference between estate agents not just because Fisher German sold our property but their whole approach. When we first met their agent Caroline she was incredibly professional and explained not only would she want to take on our property but why she would see it all the way through to completion and that is exactly what she did. Fisher German took away most of the stress, they did ninety per cent of the viewings, they followed up with feedback from the viewings much of the time waiting until we returned to the property, they followed up on potential buyers and guided us on to who looked like the best option and in the end gained us the best sale price.
We had a sale within weeks thanks to Caroline who with her sheer determination and hard work to find us a buyer we were thrilled. It did not finish there, Caroline followed up with the buyers on how they were getting on with surveys etc even chasing the solicitors in the final stages. This is an estate agent that goes that extra mile and gets you a sale.
We would recommend Fisher German to anyone that is thinking of selling their property. Professionalism and service come hand in hand.
