I was a purchaser of a property marketed by Fisher German . I found the service provided by the team to be exceptional . They did a first rate professional viewing of the property and any questions they could not answer then they came back to me with the answers within 24 hours . I did some follow up viewings which they facilitated with a smile. It was clear they knew the market and were expert and precise in their advice . Highly recommended. Should I decide to sell in due course and move on they will be my first call . Of particular mention was Mitchell Glassey who was a consummate professional.

I have had the good fortune of dealing with Daniel at Fisher German both as a buyer and then as a seller. Great advice, great strategy and a thorough understanding of the market dynamics. We had a last minute issue with a non compliant septic tank, and he had someone on it in an instant ensuring it didn't affect the deal. Highly recommended on large ticket deals.

We recently sold our house, at the third time of trying after the first two buyers pulled out for reasons relating to the sale of their properties. Throughout this process the people at Fischer German in Chester have been great; ultra professional, helpful and supportive. The whole team, Michael, Toby and Susan have been brilliant. Michael has helped us all the way and his experience and advice has been invaluable. We have moved home 9 times, and this team of people is by far the best we have ever experienced. A very sincere thank you to them.

Fisher German sold my mother-in-law's property mid-way through the pandemic and were just excellent. She was downsizing from the home she had been living in for 20+ years therefore it was an emotional move. Fisher German handled the whole process so professionally and delicately, she was purchasing via another agent who was just so disinterested. Fisher German's support, guidance and general care throughout was second to none. Highly recommend their service and have been spreading the word ever since!

I can safely say that if it hadn't been Ellie's patience and perseverance in helping to push the purchase through we wouldn't have made the June stamp duty deadline. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he'd phone up on a regular basis to update us.
