Background and industry experience

Venice is a member of the Valuation and Professional Practice team, based in the London office. She primarily focuses on valuing commercial properties across the Southeast of England, supporting a wide range of client needs.

Currently undertaking a degree apprenticeship in Real Estate, Venice is working towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor via the commercial pathway. Her role allows her to build both academic knowledge and practical experience in the industry.

Prior to joining Fisher German, she worked in Real Estate Research gaining valuable insight into market trends and strategy.

Residing in Essex, she enjoys a balance between city work and rural living. Outside of work, she enjoys keeping active through Pilates and the gym, is a dedicated Arsenal supporter, and loves exploring new places whenever she gets the chance to travel.
