Background and industry experience
Tom works within the Valuation team in our Liverpool office.He undertakes valuations of commercial, residential, mixed-use and new-build properties for both public and private sectors clients including local authorities, banks, SIPPs, housing associations and SME property companies. Tom is also part of FG's graduate team.

What has been your favourite project and why?
A large residential development that has created a new community. I was involved from the start when it was a dilapidated industrial building, and now there are around 200 houses on site.

Tesla
Top pastime?
First year of Uni
Best holiday destination?
We went to the Maldives for our honeymoon and I would get into trouble if I didn't say that was my favourite holiday destination.
One item to take to a desert island?
A rickshaw so I could explore quicker and carry anything interesting I find.
