Background and industry experience

Steve is an experienced Architectural Technician who has gained wide experience in all aspects of design, AutoCAD and measured surveys. Steve has in-depth involvement with refurbishments and new developments, including residential units, traditional agricultural buildings and their conversion, commercial units and the leisure and care sectors. Other areas of work include general building/property surveying and build project management, entailing specifications, tendering projects and monitoring site works.

A keen squash player, Steve is attempting to climb the league tables at his local club and is a member of a club team in the county leagues. Off court, he enjoys cooking, music and long walks with Bert, the family Labrador.
