We’re thrilled that we have been named a finalist in the British Training Awards 2025!
This prestigious recognition celebrates excellence in learning and development across the UK, and we’re incredibly proud to be among the standout organisations shortlisted this year. With categories such as Training Initiative of the Year, AI in Learning Initiative of the Year, and Leader of the Year, the awards shine a spotlight on the people and programmes driving innovation and impact in workforce development.
This year’s awards attracted over 360 entries from a diverse mix of organisations, from pioneering start-ups and public sector champions to global giants and tech innovators.
Harman Basra, Head of Performance and Organisational Development, said:
“Being named a finalist is a proud moment for our team. It reflects the energy, creativity, and commitment we’ve invested in building a learning culture that empowers our people and drives real organisational impact. We’re passionate about making learning meaningful, and this recognition reinforces that we’re on the right path.”
Richard Benson, Senior Partner, added: “It’s fantastic to see our efforts recognised in this way. The success of our initiatives like Pathway to Partnership and targeted development programmes can support both individual growth and broader organisational goals. I’m proud to see the positive momentum our learning and development work is generating.”
