Background and industry experience

Simon is an experienced Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience within Capital Markets. His specialisms are the acquisition and disposal of investments and the funding of developments both for developers, institutions and local authorities across all sectors.

He has particular expertise in the industrial, office, alternative sectors. with a growing interest and experience in the living sector

Simon is a very much retired rugby player who is Chairperson of the Surveyor Sevens which has raised over £500,000 for various charities during his tenure.

He is a father of 2 who, despite having London employment, both continue to love living at home with their parents!

Purchase of Friars Bridge Court, London SE1, which involved a lease surrender, new letting and purchase of a 100,000 sq ft life sciences space in the sum of £160m on an off-market basis as part of a great team effort
