Background and industry experience

Olivia works within the Valuation and Professional Practice team in Worcester focusing on Compulsory Purchase and Compensation. Olivia has represented both acquiring authorities and landowners involved in compulsory purchase matters within the west midlands and south west region. Olivia's work has covered a wide range of land uses and projects from highways to flood alleviation schemes.

Olivia also heads up our Early Careers team having been involved with Early Careers for a number of years. Her role involves working closely with the rest of the team, in particular in recruitment and APC matters as well as providing strategic direction to Early Careers within Fisher German.

Outside of work, Olivia can usually be found outside either in the garden, or on her husband's family farm in rural Herefordshire with her little dog, Pip. Olivia also plays netball competitively and enjoys keeping fit.

What has been your favourite project and why?
Seeing a Compulsory Purchase Order through from scratch and being involved from the early stage public consultation right through to construction. Working with a large project team of different expertise all needed to get the CPO and planning permission through.
