Background and industry experience

Nigel is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Lease Advisory department based at our Knutsford office. He acts for both landlords and tenants across a range of property types specialising in lease renewals and rent reviews.

Nigel has a wealth of experience and knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant process associated with lease renewals. Having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2010, the majority of this experience has been obtained dealing with the North West, but he also has experience of a wider geographical area including the North East, Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, West Midlands, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Nigel lives on the Staffordshire/Cheshire border with his wife and children and enjoys spending time on the allotment when not training for triathlons and is a volunteer swim coach with the local swim club.
