Background and industry experience
Liam works within the Central London Agency Team, having qualified as a RICS Chartered Surveyor in November 2022.Liam advises on acquisition and disposal work across Central London, providing strategic occupier advice to tenants as well as asset strategy and marketing advice to landlord clients. His clients include pension funds, private investors, PropCo's and professional services firms. He has been praised by clients for his attention to detail and considered approach.
Outside of work, Liam enjoys playing and watching sport - as a big Arsenal fan he can often be found at the Emirates Stadium. He regularly plays football and golf, although admits that the latter can be frustrating at times!

I was part of the Matthews & Goodman team - the two companies merged in 2022.
What has been your favourite project and why?
Acquisition of a 13,500 sq ft office in the City on behalf of a national accountancy firm. The client was a joy to work with and they were engaging throughout the process. We were able to find the perfect solution for them.
