Background and industry experience

Jeremy is Head of the London Commercial Property Management Department which specialises in offices and retail portfolios in London and the South East.

In addition to managing properties for a diverse range of clients, his team advises on occupational and building management strategy, service contract procurement and administration for existing portfolios and new development proposals.

Jeremy has worked in property management for over twenty five years originally client side before moving into a Managing Agent role. He has an engineering background and has been involved in refurbishment projects for buildings that have been successfully repositioned in the market with improved rental income and long leases.

Jeremy lives in Farnborough, Hampshire and enjoys foreign travel and all things musical.

Why did you join Fisher German?
I was part of the Matthews & Goodman team - the two companies merged in 2022
