Background and industry experience

James has over 16 years of experience, and most recently spent 10 years with GPE as an Investment Manager where he specialised in new acquisitions, sales, valuations, development, business planning and asset management. James was integral to the growth of GPE's Fully Managed (Flex) offering, which has become a key part of GPE's future.

His expertise ranges from asset management, investment management, deal sourcing, analysis, business-planning, leasing, deal management, and risk management.

James's unique offering stems from being on 'client-side' for his career to date, before GPE at Aerium, and started a Accrue Capital. Therefore, he is able to offer a unique perspective and insight for clients.

What has been your favourite project and why?
Negotiated and delivered a rare 'swap' investment transaction with a landed estate, notoriously difficult to deliver, especially in central London investment market.
