Background and industry experience

Corin is a Chartered Surveyor and works in the Valuation team based in the London office, specialising in Valuation practice. She has previous experience in the Investment seat and Central London Office Leasing seat. Throughout these two seats she gained a breadth of experience in industrial, office, mixed-use and residential assets. Corin works across varying asset classes, with a geographic focus on London and the Southeast of England. Corin undertakes valuations for various purposes, with her main focus on loan security, taxation and internal reporting purposes.

Corin came from a non-cognate background, graduating from Durham University in June 2023 with a BA(Hons) in Chinese Studies with a Year Abroad and has completed a part-time Masters at the University of the Built Environment (formerly, University College of Estate Management).

Corin lives in London and is a keen golfer and linguist. She speaks Mandarin and French. In her spare time, she enjoys her Monday five-a-side and plays golf on the weekend in Essex. She also enjoys socialising with friends, reading French literature and practising her Chinese!

Why did you join Fisher German?
I joined because Fisher German is a legacy partnership and is consistently expanding its business to grow the FG network!

What has been your favourite project and why?
Completing my first two commercial valuation reports, as this really challenged my current skills and pushed me out of my 'non-cog' comfort zone!
