Background and industry experience

Callum joined Fisher German having previously been a part of Matthews & Goodman in their London office. He graduated from Nottingham Trent University in the Summer of 2020 with a first in Real Estate.

Callum has rotated between the Business Rates and National Business Space teams and he now has a perminent residencey in the Valution Team. Callum has a range of experince in Valuation including loan security, financial report and development appraisals.

Callum spends his free time seeing friends, taking his dogs for long walks in the Surrey Hills, going on runs and watching Formula One.

Why did you join Fisher German?
I was part of the Matthews & Goodman team - the two companies merged in 2022

What has been your favourite project and why?
A challenging development appraisal of a listed office in Westminster. Because it had many challenging aspects where I got to work closely with the client to achive a rewarding outcome.
