Background and industry experience

Formerly Senior Partner of Fisher German LLP, Charles is a Consultant Partner working three days a week, based in the Stafford office.

His specialisms include Expert Witness reports in contemplation of litigation and Expert Evidence to Court, Upper Chamber (Land Division), and other dispute resolution. Charles undertakes valuations for secured lending, taxation and statutory accounts, as well as providing advice in connection with compulsory purchase and compensation. In addition to agency of rural property, farms and development land, Charles is involved with planning and development, land promotion and equalisation agreements.

He is a Past President of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) a member of the CAAV national Property Committee and a member of the Oversight Board for Facilitating Dispute Resolution.

Born and educated in the West Midlands, and a Graduate of Reading University, Charles lives in Staffordshire. Throughout the winter weekends, he can be heard roaring support from the terraces at Leicester Tigers RFC.

I was inspired by the then Senior Partner and saw the firm as progressive and multi-disciplinary.

What has been your favourite project and why?
Many and various, but succeeding at Court and Tribunal is up there.
