Background and industry experience

Gwyn is the Regional Facilities Manager, based within the property team at Cwmbran. He services over 60 sites in South Wales and the West of England, dealing with hard and soft facilities management needs, health and safety, projects, utilities and general good practise.

Originally, his career was based with the administration of justice, working in county, crown, and magistrate’s courts. His roles evolved from administration, to court clerk, and then to court manager roles. Property issues built up steadily as his career developed. He changed career to become a facilities manager in 2010.

Outside of work he has always played rugby, coaching various age grades from juniors to seniors until recently. His favourite current leisure activity is attending live rugby or football matches.
