Background and industry experience

Agatha joined the Worcester Rural team as a Graduate Surveyor in September 2020, following the completion of her Rural Land Management (MSc) degree from the University of Reading. Agatha now looks to apply her knowledge in the Rural team, undertaking a variety of estate management and professional work.

Agatha completed her undergraduate degree in Agriculture and Business Management also at University of Reading. This included a placement year at Strutt and Parker in the east of England. Following her undergraduate degree, Agatha went back to Strutt and Parker to work in the National Farm Agency department based in London before returning to Reading to undertake her Masters.

Outside of work, Agatha can be found on the ski slopes or travelling, playing sports, horse riding and exploring the countryside!
