A mature hawthorn hedge provides privacy from the street, while to the west, a post and rail fence allows fine views across the paddock land and stream below.
The two paddocks are accessed through a wide aluminium farm gate from the driveway, and both comprise well fenced areas of permanent pasture. The second paddock is approached either across a bridge from the first of through a farm gate from main street, which also provides a convenient shortcut home from the pub.
