Clients and colleagues celebrated the talent of the Black Country at an event held at the Black Country Living Museum last week. More than 50 professionals who work locally came together for an evening of networking at the award-winning museum, which lies in the heart of Dudley in the West Midlands. Partners from our Birmingham and Worcester offices hosted clients and colleagues at the Old School House for a night which included a traditional fish and chip supper whilst some of the attractions remained open for the evening including the general store, chain making, sweet shop and pub.

Fisher German has a long history of working closely with clients in the Black Country and the guest list included banks, solicitors, residential and commercial developers, fund managers, property managers and occupiers based in the region. The event follows the recent move of Fisher German’s Halesowen-based colleagues into the Birmingham headquarters of Vine Property Management, who merged with Fisher German earlier this year. Partner Mike Price, who recently moved into the Birmingham office said: “The recent merger with Vine Property Management has exciting prospects for Fisher German, not least for our commercial services in the West Midlands which continue to grow. We have had a base in the Black Country for a long time, and while we are a little further out now in Harborne, we are certainly committed to continuing support of our clients across the region. Now with two large offices in Birmingham and Worcester, we have made it even easier for clients in the West Midlands to access our services.

This event was our way of saying thank you to our loyal client base who have been so overwhelmingly positive about our merger with Vine, and it was fantastic to see so many of our colleagues from both offices coming together to show support for the work we do in the West Midlands, particularly in the Black Country. Now that we have settled into the Birmingham office we are excited for the next stage of integration with Vine and look forward to the benefits this can bring to our commercial clients.”

Fisher German and Vine’s services in the West Midlands include a full commercial services offering, property management, farms and estate management, planning, renewable energy advice, utilities and infrastructure management, development consultancy, and professional valuations for bank lending, inheritance and tax planning.
