Fisher German is proud to have been named as Agent of the Year at the East Midlands Property Awards 2020.
The awards ceremony, held virtually at the Insider East Midlands Property Forum, celebrates the achievements of the region's top property professionals, developers, agents and architects. The award was presented in recognition of our Development Agency team’s impact on the region’s property industry during 2019/20 while playing an integral role in the delivery of key schemes.
The team acted on more than 20 development related transactions in the East Midlands within this period, with a vision to always add maximum value through understanding, creativity and excellence. Three significant multi-million pound deals which helped them achieve the title included:
- The sale of land at Kedleston Road, in Allestree, Derby - a 48-acre development which will comprise of 400 new homes - to Miller Homes
- The sale of land at Callendar Farm, in Nuneaton, with planning permission for 850 homes to Taylor Wimpey and Jelson Homes
- The disposal of one phase of the regeneration scheme at Cadley Park, in Swadlincote, Derbyshire, which will comprise of 400 dwellings, to Avant Homes
The application also drew on the general successes of the firm, including our acquisition of Vine Property Management in 2019.
