Congratulations to Ginny Banham and Stephanie Christensen for being shortlisted in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Matrics Surveyor Awards 2023. 
 
The awards, formerly the RICS Young Surveyor of the Year Awards, highlight the achievements of up-and-coming surveyors, showcasing the innovation and hard work of emerging professionals in the industry.
 
Associate, Ginny Banham who works in our rural team, has been shortlisted for the Land (Rural and Urban) Surveyor of the Year. This award seeks to showcase an inspiring individual who has had a positive impact on the environment, planning or any aspect of the management of land. Ginny said: “I am honoured to have been nominated for the RICS Matrics Surveyor Awards 2023 by my colleagues in Fisher German and delighted that I have now been shortlisted.”

Senior Surveyor, Stephanie Christensen, has been shortlisted for the Valuation Surveyor of the Year which is an award that seeks to find an individual who shows excellent skills, knowledge, and customer service in their chosen field of valuation. Stephanie said: “I am delighted and honoured to have been selected as a finalist. It would not have been possible without the continued support and trust from the organisation which continues to help me grow. I am thrilled to have reached the finals and am looking forward to meeting the other finalists in October. 
 
Partner, Helena Tibbitts, said: “Stephanie is an integral part of Fisher German’s valuation team forging strong links and offering excellent service levels in our South-West region. I am immensely proud of her for being shortlisted for such a prestigious award which is a testament to her hard work and dedication.”
 
The final will take place at The Londoner Hotel in Leicester Square in London on 20 October 2023.
