Project summary
- Sale of a development site with outline planning permission for up to 75 dwellings in Woodville, Derbyshire.
- The land parcel formed part of a 53 acre regeneration site which was unlocked through the delivery of the Woodville to Swadlincote Regeneration Route.
Solution
- We created a bespoke disposal strategy for this project and maintained competitive tension throughout the process.
- Fisher German added maximum value and to do this we understood what information interested parties require to submit offers for residential development sites with limited conditionality.
- We held detailed interviews with the interested parties to ensure they had considered all of the technical and planning considerations, and their offers were robust.
