• Planning application for change of use to dog day care centre to allow letting of a long term vacant unit

Solution

• Following a number of unsuccessful applications Fisher German were appointed to submit a change of use application
• Working with Fisher German Commercial a thorough submission to demonstrate that the unit was no longer appropriate for a business use and that the Dog Day Care Centre provide a long-term alternative for the vacant unit
• A wealth of information was provided to the Council. Fisher German worked with the planning officer to result in a positive recommendation, we then presented the application to the Council Planning Committee who approved the scheme
