- Successfully secured planning permission for a change of use for a Commercial Kitchen company who supply London Offices and companies with high quality catering solutions
- A Change of Use planning application was prepared and submitted to convert 17,500sq ft from B2 General Industrial Use to Use Class E(g)(iii) Light Industrial to provide a ‘Commercial Kitchen’ to prepare that food required to supply offices throughout London
- Involved preparation of comprehensive supporting material and project management of consultants to provide specialist noise, odour and transport advice to ensure the proposal did not impact local amenity

- To accord with planning policy, the proposal will achieve BREAAM ‘excellent’ status
- The project team undertook local community consultation to ensure all were aware of the proposal and associated benefits
