Background and industry experience

Will is involved with the purchase and sale of agricultural land and farms across The Three Counties of Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Herefordshire. He is a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with his professional career extending over 27 years. He originally trained as an auctioneer and land agent in the livestock markets of Somerset before coming back to Worcestershire where he was originally from.

Will is a Partner at Fisher German in the Rural and Residential Agency Department. Prior to joining Fisher German, he spent 20 years at a global real estate consultancy and was the Partner in charge of their Worcestershire office before heading up their Regional Farms Team. During that time, he worked on country house and farm sales, and also conducted property auctions in the Midlands and South West while using his expertise to develop the consultancy’s Worcester office.

Since 2017, Will has also worked in partnership with his wife to run Churchfields Farm in Worcestershire, where they have diversified a traditional dairy farm to incorporate beef and arable farming, and evolved the business into a leisure and hospitality venue. The farm has embraced environmental schemes and renewable energy. This has given Will an important and valuable insight into rural property matters.
