Background and industry experience

Toby works within the residential agency team, based in Chester. Toby manages the North Wales residential market, successfully dealing with a range of property types across North and Mid Wales.

Toby has spent many years within agency and has a vast experience working within the Welsh and Cheshire markets. He has successfully sold a plethora of property and land within Denbighshire, Flintshire, Wrexham, Conwy, Anglesey, Gwynedd and Powys regions.

Born in Abersoch, Toby now resides in Ruthin, where he has lived for over 30 years. In his spare time, he is a keen sports enthusiast, playing football as well as being a keen gym enthusiast. Given his advancing years, Toby has recently taken up golf and aims to be considered “half decent” by the time he’s 40.

When did you join Fisher German?

Why did you join Fisher German?
I joined Fisher German as there was a clear scope to grow a market which we had limited experience in at the time. I have always looked for the autonomy to grow and coupled with Fisher German's vision for the future, it was an opportunity I could not turn down.

What has been your favourite project and why?
It's hard to pick one, I've always enjoyed the Online Auctions given the speed and transparency, particularly in the final moments.

Anything sporting focused

Best holiday destination?
Rome or Barcelona

One item to take to a desert island?
A bottle of rum, a glass and a mixer. I know that's more than one thing, but if I have to be stuck on an island I'm at least enjoying myself. Also factor 50!
